Pros

Competitive salary and benifits, nice office

Cons

The overall climate is not healthy, all lot of people don't want to participate in command work, lots of gossips and behind talks. I was working in Russian office, it was getting only worse with years. Lack of training for an employee development

Pros

Variety of products (pharmaceutical or nutrition)

Cons

You can stay in same position for years and it does not matter if you want to grow outside your country (annual PEX) , at the end, your boss in your country or even at Division (main offices) don´t support you. On the other hand, in Mexico are a lot of "semi professional" with the opposite Abbott thoughts, policies and QA processes and they stop you not matter what even broken them. In my country the company is good to learn but not for growing in different positions. Marketing in country is not doing their job, they only reports sell but they are not able to create a good promotional campaign to sell more or to provide benefits.
