Health benefits, pension plan, stock options, there is room to grow professionally if you show your potential and ambition.
Cons
Like most large companies, decision making can be very slow. Work 8-5. There tends to be a lost of changing priorities/crisis. Annual layoff usually happens right after New Year, usually affect people with low performance.
