No clear path other than sell now and will fix later. Lack of communication across departments until its too late. Operations while very helpful, seemed to be over worked and management lacked direction on processes improvements. Dont even get me started on how acronym heavy they were which turned into lack of understanding across the departments. COE (Circle of Excellence) was a joke unless you were sales and had a good territory or a well known employee to get nominated by your peers.

Support and Operations Management, they may be able to manage spreadsheets but haven't the slightest clue how to manage PEOPLE. It's a Sales "good ol boy system". If you are not in sales, don't even bother.
