Cool office space with free snacks & drinks.

Cons

Leadership team is not on the same page and they don't work well together. Some leaders are downright abusive. Management is ALL about numbers. They don't care about their customers. Hard work does not pay off here - you'll get the standard 2-3% increase even with truly exceptional performance; wouldn't want to give someone too high of praise.

Transition chaos with acquiring employer (Inovalon); Executive Leadership Team approval process involved WAY too many people and felt like a battering ram of people putting down your ideas and only concerned about how it would "adversely" affect their team; had other teams' managers refuse to transition tasks that were best suited for their team; was bullied and gaslit by my manager and by an executive leader in another department. Reported this to HR, which neither said nor did anything about this issue.

The way I was treated there, I cannot trust this company or leadership. Watch your back, they are snakes. No work life balance. More like a call center. No future plans.
