This company was my introduction into the tech/start-up sector so I received on the job training. Autonomy Collaborative

Cons

Degrees were more important than skill, ability, leadership Random/underdeveloped training (no real training) Lack of support to employees that were consistent and committed Promotions given to employees who lacked leadership but may have had management experience Low end of the pay spectrum compared to other companies

Hard to find any whatsoever from all possible Pros

Cons

Constant harassment to employees not part of a gang from east Russian block. They act like untouchables and spew lies, blames and false accusations day in and day out while their own work lack quality or completeness.

Free Soda family like coworkers did I mention the free soda oh and they have fruit delivered as well every Wednesday of the week I believe oh and the free soda.

Cons

Micro managing at its finest... every day there something that has to be met, unrealistic goal like how well you word a case so when the system is open to the customer they can see your documentation to how well you provide the call with answers but when the tools you use don't work and the product breaks or when you coworkers have had bad training and pass the customer over to other departments well that's how we get passed over for " COE" trips that are great towards Sales not the lower ranks that are the front line of customer service!
