Pros

Nice people, but the good ones don't stay or are let go.

Cons

There is more than one way to get things done. No recognition for a job well done. You are not part of the team, someone doesn't like you, your days are numbered. I saw some really great employees and talent terminated. If your not in sales, you don't matter. Be careful, they always look for a fall guy, instead of looking at the problem. Constant turnover, lack of direction.

Thank you for your comments. We take input seriously, and we use it to continue to improve as we grow. We are a performance-driven organization and recognition is an important piece of that. One the ways we’ve been doing that is through improved peer recognition via our Values and Service Excellence awards. We have also begun to build out management training so that leaders in the organization are supportive and recognize employees in a more informal way.
