Fantastic working environment and fun, engaging people to work with! You can really feel like you are making a difference everyday.

Cons

Nothing much I can think of as a con. This company is full of opportunity for hard workers. If I do have one complaint it is that there is a need for more company clothing :)

I am glad I left the abusive environment of Ability Network. Management was exploitive.

Cons

Management was exploitive and the constant turnover and unattainable targets was apparently by design.
