Flexible working hours. Teammates are nice.

Cons

Onboarding is nonexistent. Documents for new hires to learn are very outdated and when asking for help Management and TL's want to direct you to these outdated documents, getting you no where. Management is not open to feedback. There are much better company's out there with much better pay that actually provide a structured onboarding where you aren't thrown to the wolves after two weeks from hire date. If you're considering this company, keep looking.

Great people. Great location. 401k matched up to 5%. Growth from weighing. Monthly lunches. Great work environment. Monthly reviews where you can share what your goals are and how they can get you there.

Cons

For new people with no background in healthcare, it can be challenging to get the hang of things. But overall great training too.
