Pros

The company is on the cusp of great things in the healthcare market, it's an exciting time to be a part of this company. They just acquired one of their largest competitors. For employees that work hard, there is great career growth opportunity both professionally and monetarily. Strong benefit program for a privately held company this size with health costs staying flat or going down over the past 2 years. Strong work-life balance. Great culture, energy, and office space is vibrant and fun to come to every day. Flexible and casual work environment. Company provides free beverages and fresh fruit delivery every week.

Cons

New CEO who has introduced a lot of change that has caused a rift between the employees who have been around prior to his entry. These employees tend to be resentful and resistant to change. The newer employee's tend to have high energy and show excitement about where the company is going. No 401(k) match
