They really do try to support you, provide flexibility AND consistency, you know everyone you work for, teambuilding etc.

Cons

It's 3 jobs for the price of 1.25- BCBA to 12 clients and families, clinical director, in clinic HR to 14 staff

Flexibility in how to run the clinic you're in charge of.

Cons

Upper management is not supportive, too many hands in the pot, no communication between upper management, no consistent answers between staff member, clinics far away from Augusta GA get neglected.
