I have been with this company since inception and have seen the service standards and employee benefits grow with each year! As we continue to innovate our service model and grow, I can also see the employee benefits continue to rise.

Cons

As we have grown, it has been challenging for some administrators to personally pour into our direct care teams as much as we would like. However we have recently created many new positions throughout the company to insure every team member has the support and leadership they need to feel successful!
