Pros

Lots of great RBTs and BCBAs

Cons

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could From an objective level, the pay and benefits are laughable. People had been with the company for years and hadn't seen a single pay increase. Yearly wage increases and bonuses are nonexistent. The individuals at the C level of this organization are some of the most disgusting backstabbing people I have ever met. There were incredibly inappropriate relationships between people in these roles, and it seemed like the only way to advance was to be related to, friends with, or dating someone important. Lots of empty promises were made, as well as countless toxic statements. Rumors were that several people were warned that the CEO takes people leaving very personally, and will take personal action against people who leave the company. The C level of this company has no respect for people's time or well-being, and their COVID policies are a joke. I have never in my life felt more disrespected and taken advantage of in my entire life. Whatever your skills are or what kind of impact you are trying to make, take that energy elsewhere. This place is revolting and I regret every second I spent working here. There are so many places doing similar work that will pay and treat you better.

Pros

Freedom in day-to-day activities and structure. Clients made time worth being there for. The company did try to make conditions better and offered appealing benefits and pay.

Cons

Even though they say they support you and your team, they really could careless. Company is a numbers game, with very little outlook on client outcomes. Communication was awful, very shady things happening at the corporate level that severely affected direct care staff. New staff were not given any form of new-hire training system and basically were thrown in and told to figure it out. And when questions were asked, empty promises were made by people in corporate. Also, supervision was a joke as there was never really any understanding or assistance. They will first and foremost put their name and finances before anything else and will protect at all costs, even if it means sabotaging careers and people’s lives. Will ruin anyone’s idea of ABA immediately. So many disappointments with this company it’s hard to name them all. Please don’t work for this company.

Pros

The kids are so amazing!

Cons

This company is disgusting. Management is awful and could care less about the kids or their staff. The staff is basically made to treat the kids like their wild animals. Stay away from this awful place. The owner of the company is fake and so are his little minions.
