The children you meet & give therapy to make everyday worth going for.

Cons

Very toxic workplace environment. One time, COVID & fleas ran rampant in another center. Management did not tell the staff (it spread through GroupMe by a coworker). Once it was leaked, management punished the staff who spoke up about it. They do not advocate or care for the well being of their staff.
