Business Outlook
Pros
Despite poor benefits and lower-than-average salary, I find the work/life balance to be good since working remotely became an option. We work on a product which is easy to get inspired by. For the most part, we have talented colleagues, who are very understanding of one another.
Cons
The company has been reduced in the past years, which makes our workloads intense especially around product releases. I’m critical of the leadership teams which have been put in place. There are few people to look up to for meaningful guidance. Salaries are nearly impossible to negotiate.
