Pros

Ableton produces a fantastic set of products that make you proud of where you work. The working environment is a fantastic atmosphere, with very little pressure. Quality is what is expected, and delivered without any level of management breathing down your neck / peering over your shoulder. The employees are trusted to do a good job and do. I work amongst some of the smartest people I have met, across all departments and everyone really cares about the company and the job. The environment breeds really good friendships as so many people there have such a passion for music and have similar interests - this is one of the best aspects of the company for sure.

Cons

I do not have a bad word to say about this company. The support I am given and the responsibility I am entrusted with is simply superb.

Pros

It's exciting and rewarding to work with a great, market-leading product. The work environment is very good, and most colleagues are extremely capable.

Cons

Ableton is terrible at HR. The salaries are below even Berlin average, while they are still very picky with hires; and once you're in, there is very little career support or advancement opportunity.
