-Seasoned management team that hail from industry leading companies -Strong engineering team and a truly innovative product in a large market -High-caliber people to work with - great foundation for building an excellent company -Lot of opportunity to take ownership and drive impact. Plenty of work to be done and great environment for someone that wants to grow fast and take a lot of ownership -Very fair compensation for the stage of company. Lot of shared upside amongst the team -Lot of focus on providing excellent products and services to our customers. Great environment to do impactful work.

Cons

-There is still a lot of company infrastructure that needs to be built. There are efforts already working towards this, but the company is still early in its lifecycle -There is still a lot to be figured out. For some, that challenge is exciting, but the environment is not necessarily for everyone
