      Pros

      - People want to work at Abnormal so as a Recruiter it is super helpful as the company/product sells itself. - There is a lot of opportunity to grow as we are still on the smaller side so you get to do more things than you work silo'd at a smaller company - thus you expand your skillset -Fully remote which is a HUGE plus for me! - My TA leadership is honestly wonderful. I feel valued.

      Cons

      While I don't have any con's because I love ambiguity and thrive in that, I can see how others could find it hard to adapt.
