      We have the best product in the market and are solving a real need that every company has a problem with. We can show value to organizations immediately which is a dream for sales reps.

      Going through some operational growing pains as we scale but as can be expected when your growing as fast as we are

      . Very interesting problems to solve - some of the most interesting cyber security problems . Really smart people to work with who are very motivated . Business is growing very strong even in this economy - product market fit is super strong

      Cons

      . Experiencing growing pains as the company matures - reflected in process changes, reorgs etc. . Alot of top down initiatives that occur, but company is making an effort to let EPD have more bottoms up projects

      I feel strongly that Abnormal has one of the best overall teams and the CEO/CTO cofounders are exceptional leaders

      Cons

      There have been some growing pains particularly on the People/Finance team. Poor communication, bad process for ascertaining and budgeting headcount, bad documentation of core operational processes.
