There are only 1-2 "once in a lifetime" opportunities in one's career. Specific criteria needs to align for that to happen (which is very rare) as follows: 1. Game changing technology that no one else has. 2. That solves a #1 critical problem for all organizations. 3. Sr Leadership who wants to establish a legacy with long term goals. 4. Creating a team culture that recognizes the value of each employee and invests in them to be successful and happy. 5. A family-like work environment that excites people to go to work every day. 6. Keeping these Teams together for years which attracts top talent enabling the momentum to continue year over year. Abnormal Security checks all of these boxes.

Pros

Company has a fantastic culture - there are high expectations but equally high rewards for delivery. It's a strong teaming environment, everyone pitches in to help each other. As a sales person the enablement and tools available are the best I've ever experienced.

Cons

The same at any company - due to the pandemic it's harder to get that 'community feeling' due to work from home, but I think the company does a great job of ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
