- Employee 1st leadership. You can message anyone from the CEO down and they will be willing and ready to help with whatever you need at the drop of a hat - Super grounded, approachable, and down to earth CEO who will give you the shirt off of his back - Everyone here is working towards the same goal and there is no ego involved. We are all always willing to accept our mistakes and learn from them, on the flip side, we all celebrate each other's successes

Cons

As with any start-up experiencing insane amounts of growth there will be some growing pains. But, that being said, they are handled here better than anywhere else I've ever seen.

Cons

No 401k match, though the equity package is better anyway.
