-Flexible work schedule -Collaborative team -Involved leadership- the C level is bar none. You won't find a more genuine, humble, and SMART (cannot stress this enough) group of leaders. -Incredible technology -Great pay and bonus opportunities

Cons

This is a FAST growing start up. While that is a fun and exciting thing to be apart of there are going to be growing pains. Some processes change quickly and can cause a slight hiccup in productivity from time to time, but it's all about the long game. We're making these changes to prepare for substantial growth.

Abnormal Security has inspirational leadership who has built a company with an amazing culture. They seemed to have found the best talent across the industry, and got them all together in one place. The leaders are transparent, hands-on, and always willing to lend time when needed. The work is rewarding as you get to see the direct impact to the company and our customers.

Cons

At Abnormal Security you will learn more in one year than you will learn in 5 years at many other organizations. It is very fast paced, and the workload never stops. You will be expected to wear many hats so if you are looking for a company/role with a slower pace this is definitely not for you.
