Pros

This is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. The leadership & management are extremely progressive, open minded, and transparent. Our mission to stop cyber crime resonates deeply throughout the entire company, and you can feel it in each person that you interact with daily. Our core values, VOICE, truly enable individuals to become the best versions of themselves, all while contributing to an extremely important cause. - Extremely competitive pay - Unlimited PTO (we are encouraged to take time off) - World class team (amazing opportunity to grow and receive mentorship) - In hyper growth stage (you have the chance to build something incredible)

Cons

The only "con" I can think of is that Abnormal does not currently do a 401(k) match. I wouldn't even call this a con considering the company is in the early stages of life and this is not necessarily a straight forward (or strategic) choice for many startups to make.

Pros

- Interesting approach to a really hard ML and systems problem - Highly-capable teammates that embody company values and intentionally support each others' growth - Meritocratic environment - doesn't matter how much experience you have, if you show willingness to learn and embody company values through your actions (e.g., velocity, customer centricity, excellence), it will be noticed and rewarded - Flexibility to work remotely - Lots of startups say they're "hypergrowth" etc., this is the real deal

Cons

- Could use some room for improvement in onboarding process and knowledge management (although everyone I've asked questions to has been welcoming and helpful) - not an uncommon problem in hypergrowth companies

Cons
