Pros
Not even sure where to begin with this. Over the past year, I have been privileged to work with the best tech, the smartest people, and taken the most incredible journey from a small startup to a 3x POWERHOUSE!
The Tech : It WORKS....and works better than you can imagine. The dev and UI teams constantly stun and amaze with our customer centric approach to always being better, always refining, and always looking to be better. With past experience as a practitioner and working for other email security companies, this has been eye opening and game changing. With a less than 2 minute integration, the product does what it does. The promise of true ML is here.
The People :
Until 2 weeks ago, I had only met in person maybe 10 of the amazing people that I get to work with every day. Even though we have been miles apart, I feel for the last year they have been sitting in the room right next to me, collaborating with me, and elevating all of us from a tiny tribe into a village. They push me to be a better me and I them. I have never had a team like this that I would go as far to call them family.
The Journey :
You get out what you put in. The opportunities here are endless. In the year that I have been with Abnormal, I have been fortunate enough to be promoted twice and really flex my skillsets to a positive outcome. I feel appreciated daily and I have one heck a team that backs me up every day. I'm not done yet and look forward to what the future holds down the road!
Conclusion : This is a chaotic bus to the stars. With endless opportunities for personal growth, technology you just have to see to believe, and people that will change your life for the better...if you have the tools and the talent, you should be lining up to get on the this train because it might only come by once in a lifetime
Cons
I wouldn't call this a con but you have to be dedicated to your craft. This is not for the faint of heart as we move fast and challenge ourselves daily. If you are looking for a place to coast...you probably won't be here long.
