- company culture is not only amazing, but prominent and transparent across the org (even in a remote-environment) - smart, driven, happy and helpful team - opportunity to learn and grow is limitless - company is rapidly scaling with long-term ambitions - work/life balance is great - the level of transparency from the executive team is awesome - great customer feedback - technology is impeccable!!

Cons

- minor challenges faced by any start-up, like processes, resources, etc. but much much better than most 'start-ups'
