Poor management , disorganized, unreliable and inconsistent pay. Poor company culture , the owner is barely involved . They’ll tell you what they want you to hear if it gets you on board . Will fine you for everything they can and avoid paying commissions whenever possible. I was told I would be able to get health insurance and it never happened among other things, for example .
