2yYes, we are a busy store and what we ultimately value is our employees who work hard and take care of the customer. Most of our employees are happy with the work and overtime versus the opposite.

2yAll of our employees receive annual reviews with performance-based raises. The majority of employees receive both raises and quarterly bonuses. We have consistently been rated a top workplace by our employees and have raised our starting pay several times to compete in the market. It is also well known throughout the store that we always promote within the company.

3yThank you for your feedback and we agree that we have great employees. Our web merchandisers are an integral part of the company as they ensure that all of our products are accurately displayed and described on our website which requires great attention to detail. We do, however, understand that different people are fulfilled by different types of work which is why we have an internal job board. We encourage employees who are seeking new challenges to apply for other roles and grow within the company.
