Cons
One challenge worth noting is the most Sr. administrator 30 years here, tends to centralize control and can make it difficult to contribute or grow beyond his oversight. Good ideas can be overlooked unless they align with that individual’s perspective. It may impact your ability to expand your skillset or take initiative if you're not in sync with him. This has caused outages and limiting others to not get involved. That said, if you're looking for structure and stability with a customer-first culture, ABT can still be a great place to work.
