Pros

Free lunch on Wednesday, free breakfast on Friday, snacks and beverages in kitchen.

Cons

If you are able to keep your head down, do the work of multiple people, not complain and not receive raises, then this is the place for you. Management does not care.

Pros

Smaller in head count than its competitors but creates products that are more advanced than its competitors. One reason is that really innovative technical people have a lot to say in the direction that company takes, where the dollars is spent and new hiring takes place. It is very nimble, can react the business environment changes really fast.

Cons

Growing pains. Roles and responsibilities are being defined as they are practiced.

Pros

Interesting Work in all areas of Engineering. Hardware, Software, DSP, Optics all have interesting tasks to be completed and good final products.

Cons

Too little time for learning or gradually integrating into the system. Many things to do in a short span.
