Free lunch on Wednesday, free breakfast on Friday, snacks and beverages in kitchen.

Cons

If you are able to keep your head down, do the work of multiple people, not complain and not receive raises, then this is the place for you. Management does not care.

* They have pretty cool technology * lunch once a week and breakfast once a week * nice location IF you live nearby * organized for new employees -- everything set up and ready to go * nice health insurance options and a well organized HR department

Cons

* poor management untrained and/or unqualified * low vacation (only three weeks) * no bonuses
