      Great place to work , challenging experience with consistent growth and learning , good leadership, good pay and a fun people . What more do you need ?

      Cons

      I love the company , so it's hard to come up with a con. But if forced , I would say more live flowers

      Pros

      You get good exposure as a young web developer, working on high impact websites for clients that care about customer experience and driving sales. Sometimes there were dev days, which gave developers an opportunity to hack on something for 2 days.

      Cons

      The client oriented aspect of it means you're working on a deadline, which can sometimes lead to late nights, but that's up to you as a developer. The process was Agile-like; there were daily standups, but it could have been more effective.

      Pros

      Located in NOHO right by the subway, super convenient! The Broadway & Lafayette stop connects to the 6, B, D, F, M lines, which makes for an easy commute.

      Cons

      Not a lot of lunch options, have to walk like 5 blocks for a decent restaurant. Most of the nearby shops are retail, but it's downtown Manhattan so the once you do find a place to eat, it's top notch.
