      Pros

      The easiest job you'll ever do. pretty much sit in a tower for 8 hours for the most part. Pretty relaxed standards and living conditions are acceptable.

      Cons

      The pay and rotation sucks. 175 a day makes it hard to complete a contract especially with a full rotation. Management sucked but is changing for the better

      Pros

      Great money, you're on your own when it comes times for tax season. You make your own schedule unless the boss is twisting your arm to deploy. They only care about money and you are just a number to them which makes sense because it is a business and it can be cruel to get the job done.

      Cons

      Forced to deploy at times, they don't care about family, no room to move up.

      On site chow hall and garage for car repairs

      Cons

      Upper management and executive staff are too far removed from reality. Corporate office is In Reston Va but the bulk of work takes place in Moyock NC. Execs need to come to and work from Moyock to truly see what is not going right. There is a new President of Academi now and he is clueless too. Hire someone from the area that will be dedicated to make improvements, and please give people raises! There is no excuse for workers to not get raises in more than four years. Execs should not be getting bonuses either! Fair is fair!
