He has empoered us and treats people with dignity and respect. He has eliminated the good old boys network and has hire proven business leader to replaces underperformers. He holds people accountable to standards, has implemented the first ever company-wide employee performance review process and objective incentive program. He is implementating an ESOP and creating a Board of Directors.
Cons
The con at Xe is that they did not hire Joe Yorio sooner. If Mr Yorio would have been our President and CEO 3 years ago, Xe would not have 99% of the problems they are dealing with today.
