Great company to work for, lots of incentives and really great colleagues. The induction is very well structured and career progression is encouraged with pathways designed by managers to support. Never a boring day at Academia.

Cons

Poor management from the people who are high up in the company, expectations are far too high and can bring morale in the office down.
