- Good values - Nice people to work with - HR team are switched on - Always tried to make things easier for me and the team, even though it was a new contract for them and we were also new to the team - IT department know their stuff and helped when they can which is nice to see

Cons

- Working onsite at a client site so difficult to have/build good relationships with many Academia staff at all, but they did make the effort to come and see us at the office so more of a personal qualm than anything.
