Motivated and fast pace work environment. Opportunity for advancement and bonuses. Flexible scheduling with a personable staff and friendly work environment.

Cons

Being located inside of a Wal-mart makes for a loud distracting environment. Being sales driven is also a downfall due to the customers. Cramped, and unorganized.

Pros

It was a solid learning experience, and it helped quite a bit in the transition between service jobs and office work. I learned a lot about working directly with a very diverse customer base to explain and solve financial issues.

Cons

Corporate practices, including the direct-deposit overdraft loans, didn't serve clients at all. The point of any business, especially a bank, is to make money. However, pushing customers into endless fee cycles always felt wrong, even if it's slightly better than a standard payday loan.
