Cons

Terrible upper management. Ridiculous policies and unrealistic expectations for little pay. You will be doing 3 people's jobs and only get paid for one.

Stable company. I worked in the corporate office in Hoboken. The hours were 9am to 5pm with a half hour lunch. The whole building cleared out at 5pm so there wasn't pressure to work OT.

Cons

Culture, employee morale, pay. Majority of employees were unhappy. People would walk down the hall and not even say hello to you. Francis (Owner/CEO) is a narcissistic bully. Will beckon employees to his office where you then have to wait in a line to speak to him. Rarely did he speak to people with respect. The pay for the position I held was below market value.
