Very unresponsive, took weeks for then to try to figure out my pay situation which is still being debated . I quit because they sent me to jobsite on day they were closed, promised me pay for 2 weeks so I would remain with Acara which was 2 weeks of pay that the Oregon side of Acara has messed up and asks me for their records, very unprofessional and did not cut me a check when I quit after giving them notice so they have cost me hundreds of dollars and an I also have an eviction notice. Worst decision I made work wise was signing on with Acara. They have destroyed me costing me more than what they paid me .

"Leadership" by fear, shame and demanding results with no guidance or support. Speaks negatively about other team members and Managers from other teams. No training. Changed expectations of the job duties and hours of availability weekly, sometimes daily so I never actually performed the role in which I was hired. Any suggestions to compromise with your ability to fulfill these changes and still meet the expected demands are taken as push-back. You are micromanaged, unable to take a lunch break or leave at a decent time even if you are willing to work late from home. Your concerns will fall on deaf ears with Leadership and HR.
