Cons

Spineless country head, India I was thrown coz I posted something on social media, my personal page Clearly biased attitude India 's top management has US management wrapped around their fingers. Indian Talent team - nothing but waste! All the former and current employees know this.

Literally no paycheck, TWICE!

The job they assigned me too was pretty good, no complaints there. Coworkers are nice and job is not stressful.

Cons

My second week working there was my actual first full 40-hour week and I did not get paid for it until 3 weeks later. Again this past Friday, NO PAYCHECK AT ALL! (I've only been working there for 37 days)

been working from home for the last 15 months. People on my team are amazing

Cons

Poor raise standard. Not merit based, across the board. Under staffed. work 50 plus hours a week. It is all about the recruiters. If you arent a recruiter or upper management you are nothing. All recent promotions that were announced..ALL MALE
