      I do get paid well

      Nobody stands up for what is right. Management, including myself, would rather put the responsibility of directing people accordingly off on others because they don't want to do their job.

      if you end up with a bad manager it can slow your skill development

      Some co-workers were helpful and there were activities for the team on occasion

      Cons

      Upper management were open to promote those who were "friends" and not for the skills of individuals. The bonus structure was unfair and some management had no idea how to run a team. Poor pay and unclean office. Individuals were sick often in the office and some were even admitted to the hospital due to the poor conditions of office. The only way you can move up in the company is if you are cozy with a person. No work/life balance at all. Not a great company.
