Great place if you only want to live on base pay

Nobody checks on you or cares what you are doing until around 9 months in.

Cons

Training consists of them handing you a printed 85 page PowerPoint to read on your own. Recruiters only fill your contracts if you work out of their hq in Buffalo. They are not held to any submitals standard per job, their boss only cares if they submitted two candidates the entire week regardless of specific open job orders. The processes take days before a job opening is even entered in the system and recruited on. Meanwhile your competitors are submitting candidates and filling jobs. Unless you are management or in their hq location you will never make commission here. The company lost 12% last year and is stagnant.

Pros

Very strong compensation plan for direct hires. Very collaborative team from corporate to satellite office. For the first time in this position, I feel like I'm heard by upper management.

Cons

Compensation on contract positions could use a boost. The metrics should be reevaluated.
