      Pros

      Initially found me a good position with good salary.

      Cons

      Was put on a temp to perm contract that ended up being just temp. After contract expired and I no longer filled the position I was completely ignored. I do not feel I did a bad job but they made little to no effort to help me find follow on employment even though I consistently see various positions come up that I might be a good fit for.
