It's a temp agency and it shows

Pros

Being able to be hired on directly with a company after you do your time as a temp. Valued on customer site not looked at as a temp or treated like one. A majority of my interaction was with the customer site and not so much with Acara.

Cons

Pay, benefits, vacations, holidays lacking . Time card software is older and may need updating. Had several issues during the course of two years with odd errors.

Pros

I recently had the opportunity to travel with multiple colleagues on the companies annual award/reward trip (Ovation Club). The venue, resort and organization of the entire trip was highly impressive and reflects upon the ownership and management's focus on people and culture. In short, Acara Solutions is a great culture in which to work. The approach to the market and the people within the organization make it a true pleasure to grow the business each and every day.

There are no negatives that come to mind.

After a successful year in growth for the company and contributing on the business development front, I was awarded an amazing opportunity to visit the Dominican Republic for the first time and part of Acara's Ovation Club for outstanding performance.

None, Acara has been an amazing company to work with for many years.
