Not very easy to communicate with and difficult to negotiate raises/salary/tools needed to do job.

Pros

Great Christmas party, might get lucky working with a team of good people.

Cons

Lowball pay vs market, few holidays (work on Xmas Eve), overwork employees, low or non-existent raises. Not many opportunities to grow. Seems to not respect their employees and it shows through expectations of performance versus pay, benefits, and recognition. Often prioritizes profit over employees.
