Easy work environment No pressure Creative freedom Impeccable US Marcom team.

Cons

Spineless country head, India I was thrown coz I posted something on social media, my personal page Clearly biased attitude India 's top management has US management wrapped around their fingers. Indian Talent team - nothing but waste! All the former and current employees know this.

Pros

Easy going work culture. Management doesn't micromanage you. HR, Finance and Admin processes are standardised. US Management is always supportive.

Cons

HR and Leadership team need to identify ways to keep existing team inspired and motivated. More empoyee engagement sessions needed.
