They are a real company, and will pay you weekly.

Cons

The pay is set by a very strict and small range which causes people to cap out for their title. At which point raises become impossible without a title change. No matter how hard you work or how much you role changes you are stuck at the same range. This causes a high turn-over rate as well which makes the job more difficult as expectations increase pay stagnates. It also doesn't help that the entire pay range is grossly below market average. If you are a contractor there is also very little to no job security.

-Nice Schedule -Get Holidays - Nice people where you work

Cons

-They refuse to give pay bumps because they claim the pay is capped at your position despite people at other sites being paid more for similar positions -Holiday pay isn't the same hours as the hours you lose working -The people who pay you never see you so telling you no is easy for them -Unkind payroll staff who mess up constantly (sometimes you won't get paid and they will blame you)
