Pros

Very interesting field of work.

Cons

Where do I start...oh! Leadership! Very hands off and clueless. Executives are all children of partner operators which unfortunately are smaller companies that Accel has purchased/absorbed over the years. They've been out of the field for so long that they don't know how to relate to the employees below them. With them being children (and some quite mentally act like children), they hire their friends and other family members that are just as useless as they are. The whole company just reeks of nepotism. Preferable treatment to a lot of people that don't pull their weight. Lots of closed doors and secret meetings..which are about nothing. Managers waste so much time having meetings about planning future meetings. They make horrible decisions that crush morale instantly and if you point it out or call them out about it, you're dead to them. This company is not open to change unless it benefits them financially. They say they value input and feedback but it's a trap. If you're honest, you're considered unprofessional. Everyone is listening to everything you say and observing everything you do. Nothing you do is safe and your words will get turned on you instantly. Forget going on one of those "reward trips" they offer. More like, reward traps! All eyes are on you and its impossible to relax and have fun. Compensation is a joke for what's expected of you. The company makes hundreds of thousands a day but pays management peanuts. HR is useless. Don't expect a response unless they get to terminate someone. You'll never see them work faster than that. All the hard workers get buried or silenced, who eventually quit before they speak up. RMs are all superficial women that don't contribute to anything other than to the CEOs agenda. They don't do their jobs, WHATSOEVER. Actually...hardly anyone does. This company will never progress unless they erase 98% of who is in an executive seat and start allowing their employees to feel safe to open up about the truth and how they really feel. Without repercussions. A huge weight is lifted off of me since I left. I've honestly never been happier in my life.

Pros

Love the hours and the work. Pretty physical. Not stuck in one place.

Cons

The communication is awful. The supervisors don’t communicate with each other and leave half of the employees in the dark until last minute. There’s no organization.
