Clinical support: excellent Social Workers, RN Case Managers, Chaplains- Excellent, very supportive we all worked together to support our patients and each other

pay- on call $3ph case loads 90 patients Supervisors were nurses Dysfunctional Management team Corporate and ED verbally abusive,

Terrible upper management that talks about quality but really it's about quantity Cut a lot of cool programs that made the hospice a really good one. Took the heart out of hospice. Underfunded/set local offices up to fail
