Pros

The pro of job at AccentCare are ability to self schedule, good pay, and flexible. The agency offer disease specific programs such as CHF, COPD, Diabetes to improve the outcomes of patients. Great Nurse and patient and family relationship and collaboration.

Cons

The cons of my job at AccentCare are hand written documentation, clerical tasks such as faxing documentation, and making copies.

Pros

My DON is fair. The paycheck is nice.

Cons

Hands down I have never felt more left out in a "team". They look for things to talk to the DON about on me, which is one sided stuff and petty. I try to just let it roll off my back but at some point a person will snap!
