Pros

The only good thing about it is we have 1x a week rto. However that changed recently due to the higher ups recommendation to do 2x a week rto.

Cons

Poor hmo, they have a different set of rules for Accenture employees Unbelievable metrics that’s hard to reach now OT still required despite the fact that we’ve been doing overtime for many years now
