Pros

Good Medical Matching 401K Good Paid time off Good for someone entry level or just starting Good for someone that likes to travel a lot and work at lot of unpaid OT

Cons

Make you Knowledge transfer your job to your offshore replacement then be terminated Low ball to win contract work then cut staff and overwork lower level employees or transfer their roles offshore to compensate. Below average salary for IT Developers. Most programming work they have done offshore or have near entry level workers. Poor work life balance They will make you think you can be redeployed elsewhere after you train your offshore replacement but in reality there is low chances for that since they mostly looking for low paid labor unless your willing to relocate or travel 100%
